  • Final sale items, including clearance products, are not eligible for return.

  2. Receive a return authorization and shipping label via email.
  3. Package your items securely and include the return authorization form.
  4. Drop off the package at a designated carrier location.
  5. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Defective or incorrect items are eligible for full refunds, including shipping.
